We visit your estate
A scheduled round of work — feeding, spraying, shade, harvest, whatever the season calls for. You know before we come, and you know when we have been.

Cardamom estate management · Idukki
We run cardamom estates for growers across the Idukki hills — and we show you every day's work on your phone. Every fertilizer round, every harvest, every rupee. Nothing you have to take on trust.
Live from the estates
Why growers move to us
You are told the spraying is done. You are told the harvest came to so many kilos. If you live away from the estate — in Kochi, in the Gulf, anywhere but the hillside — you have no way to check, and no record at the end of the season.
One pod, four stages
Cardamom fruits on runners at the base of the plant, in the shade, out of sight. Whether the crop sets at all is decided months earlier — by feeding, by shade, by what was sprayed and when.
40–45 days between picking rounds
Pods ripen unevenly, so the same block is picked six or seven times a season. Each round is a crew, a date, a green weight — logged on the estate before anyone leaves it.
6–7 rounds a season, per block
In the curing house the pods come down to about ten per cent moisture. Too hot and the green burns off; too slow and they mould. The temperature curve is the whole craft.
≈5 kg green to 1 kg cured
Sorted by size and colour into bold and lower grades. You see the split for your own estate — not a single number at the end of the season, but every round that made it.
8mm+ bold fetches the premium
What we do
The cardamom year
October
Cardamom does not wait. Every one of these has a window, and missing it costs a season. Running to the calendar is most of the job.
Your private portal
Every grower we work with gets a private login. No app to install, nothing to learn — it opens in your browser and shows only your estates, only your records.
Photos and video from every visit
Dated, captioned and kept — not lost in a chat thread.
Harvest and grading, round by round
Green weight, dried weight and grade for the whole season.
Costs, itemised
Materials, labour and wages — what was spent and on what.

How it works
A scheduled round of work — feeding, spraying, shade, harvest, whatever the season calls for. You know before we come, and you know when we have been.
Photographs, videos, materials used, workers present and costs, entered from the field before we leave. Nothing written up from memory afterwards.
You open your phone and see exactly what was done on your land that day, with the proof attached — wherever in the world you happen to be.
Every input, every harvest, every rupee — one continuous record you can read, filter and download when the year closes.
Also from us
Alongside the estates we manage, we grow and cure cardamom of our own — graded on the estate and sold direct, at the price it deserves.
Tell us where your land is and what it needs. We will visit, walk it with you, and give you an honest plan for the season.
